职业卫生实验室质控检测中选用不同状态标准物质的差异

【摘要】 各实验室采用各种方法进行质量控制与管理,其中较常用的方法是标准样(或质控样)对比分析法,该方法要求选择合适的标准物质。针对通常用活性炭吸附有害物质的检测方法,本文通过实验证明,选用不同状态的液态标准物质和固态标准物质用于职业卫生机构实验室质量控制检测时,产生了不同的检测结果。职业卫生实验室在选择标准物质时,尽量选择与采集样品相同前处理的标准物质能使检测结果更准确可靠。

【Abstract】 Different laboratories applied various methods for quality control and management.The commonly used method was comparative analysis with standard sample(or quality control sample),which required the selection of appropriate standard material.Aiming at the testing method of applying activated carbon to adsorb harmful substances,by the approval of experimental results in this paper,different testing results were obtained when selecting liquid standard substances and solid standard substances in different states for the quality control testing in laboratory of occupational health organization.When selecting standard substances by occupational health laboratory,the same pre-disposed standard substances as the collected samples should be chosen as far as possible to make the testing results more accurate and reliable.
