国外非煤矿山安全生产标准研究
Studies on work safety standard of non-coal mine in abroad
【摘要】 本文通过标准体系特征、非煤矿山管理机构及主要非煤矿山安全生产标准三个方面详细阐述了美国、南非、澳大利亚的非煤矿山安全生产标准现状,从而总结和归纳出了非煤矿山安全生产先进国家的标准特点,并通过分析比较提出了我国现阶段非煤矿山安全生产标准存在的问题及改进建议。
【Abstract】 This article summarized the key characteristics of work safety standard in developed countries through investigating the current situation in standard system characteristic,non-coal mine administrations and work safety standard in non-coal mine in America,South Africa and Australia.The problems of work safety standard in China were analyzed and some suggestion for further improvement were proposed.
