【摘要】 本文比较分析了国外具有代表意义的有关安全氛围调查问卷设计与应用的参考文献,以及8家著名研究机构(企业)开发的现已取得良好诊断效果的问卷模式。在经过系统地讨论分析国外安全氛围调查问卷的基础上,结合我国当前企业安全管理特点,开发出涵盖24个要素内容的测评问卷。试测的结果表明该问卷题项的设计与选择比较客观,内部一致性相关程度较高,能够基本满足研究需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Overseas typical literatures about questionnaire relating with design and application for safety climate, and famous questionnaires with good diagnosis effect explored by 8 research institutes or enterprises, were all analysed and discriminated in this paper. Based on the analysis of questionnaire research by foreign safety climate, combined with trait of safety management for china enterprises, a questionnaire with 24 basic factors was explored out. Test result of the questionnaire showed that design and choice of the question was accord with actual situation of the safety climate, Cronbach’s alpha showed that the correlation among the different factor can meet the requirement of the safety climate research.更多还原
