【摘要】 目的追踪调研2006年本院肿瘤患者抗菌药物的使用情况。方法对随机抽取的本院2006年度1008份出院病历进行调查,以药物利用指数(DUI)进行用药评价,并与2002年调研情况对比。结果住院患者抗菌药物使用率为46.23%;有药敏试验的占26.18%;使用种类前3位分别为头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、硝咪唑类;DUI等于或近于1的品种占70%。结论2006年我院抗菌药物合理使用情况较2002年有很大改观,但从病历分析来看,预防、治疗用药中尚存在一些需改进的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To investigate and analyze the utiliztion status of antibacterial agents for tumor patients in 2006.METHODS An evaluation of usage of antibacterial agents was conducted by drug utilization index on the basis of analyzing the discharged medical records of 1 008 cases selected randomly in our hospital in 2006,and compared with that in 2002.RESULTS The use rate of antibacterial agents was 46.23% in inpatients.The drug sensitive tests were made only for 26.18% of above cases.On the top three of usage of antibacterial agents were cephalosporins,quinolones and nitro imidazole in sequence.The drug utilization index value of 70% of antibacterial drugs used above equalled to 1 or near to 1.CONCLUSION Reasonable usage of antibacterial drugs in 2006 was better than that in 2002.According to the analysis of cases,preventive and therapeutic drug usage needs to be improved further.更多还原
