【摘要】 目的:总结32例气管肿瘤患者外科治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析我科1980～2005年收治的32例气管肿瘤患者外科治疗临床资料。结果:32例气管肿瘤患者中,23例行气管袖状切除端-端吻合术;8例行气管隆凸切除重建术;1例行气管开窗、肿瘤刮除术。术后2例死亡,另有8例发生术后并发症。结论:手术切除是治疗气管肿瘤最有效的方法。气管袖状切除端-端吻合术是治疗气管恶性肿瘤最主要的术式,良性肿瘤可以考虑保守的术式。手术治疗应该兼顾手术的根治性和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To review the experience of surgical treatment of tracheal tumors.Methods:The clinical data of 32 patients surgically treated from 1980 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Thirty-two patients with tracheal tumor were surgically treated.Surgical procedures performed include sleeve resection of trachea in 23 cases,carinal resection and reconstruction in 8 cases,and tumor removal through tracheal window in 1 case.There were 2 cases of death with an operative mortality rate of 6.25%.And 8 patients suffered from complications after surgical treatments.Conclusion:Surgical resection is the most effective treatment for tracheal tumor.Sleeve resection of trachea is the primary means for tracheal cancer.Benign tumors may be treated conservatively.Both complete resection and safety should be considered in the surgical treatment of tracheal tumor.更多还原
