【摘要】 目的探讨分离性垂直斜视的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾分析21例(38只眼)分离性垂直斜视患者行上直肌大量后徙(7～10mm),合并下斜肌亢进者同时行下斜肌后徙转位术的临床资料。观察术后效果。结果远期效果满意率为80%,术后效果良好。结论上直肌大量后徙术及下斜肌后徙转位术是治疗分离性垂直斜视的有效方法。更多还原
