【摘要】 目的探讨角膜内皮炎的病因、临床表现和治疗。方法回顾性分析2002年7月始3年来我院收治的16例角膜内皮炎患者的临床表现,具体治疗措施及疗效。结果部分患者有病毒性角膜炎病史及其它诱因,所有患者均具有角膜内皮损害的典型症状,经抗病毒药物及糖皮质激素联合治疗后疗效满意。结论角膜内皮炎的病因尚未完全明了,目前还缺乏针对性的检查手段;临床诊断后,应用抗病毒药物及糖皮质激素联合治疗,能够取得一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectect To explore the cause, the clinical manifestion and treatment of the corneal endothelitis.Methods We retrospectively analyze the cause, the clinical manifestion and the treatment of 16 corneal endothelitis cases, who were hospitalized in our department in 3 years from Jul. 2002.Results Some corneal endothelitis cases had a history of corneal HSV infection and several other occasions, all the cases had the typical clinical expression of the Corneal endothelium disfunction. All cases had gotten a positive outcome after the joint treatment of steroid and anti-virus agent.Conclusion Up to date, the cause of the Corneal endothelitis is still not clear, neither the special inspections on it. After the clinical diagnosis, joint treatment of steroid and anti-virus agents shall be taken for achieving a positive outcome.更多还原
