【摘要】 目的探讨青光眼白内障一次性联合手术的临床疗效。方法对34例(34只眼)青光眼白内障进行小梁切除、白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入。结果术后视力≥0.5者12只眼,0.3～0.4者13只眼,0.1～0.2者5只眼,<0.1者4只眼。术后随访半年32只眼眼压在正常范围,2只眼需点美开朗滴眼液后眼压在正常范围。结论掌握好手术时机,青光眼小梁切除、白内障囊外摘除加人工晶状体植入一次完成,既可以恢复有用视力,又可以控制眼压,减少了患者二次手术痛苦和经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility of combined cataract and glaucoma surgery.Methods 34 eyes with glaucoma and cataract were surgery by trabeculectomy combined with modern extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE) and posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL) implantation.Results Visual acuity after surgery,12 eyes≥0.5,13 eyes 0.3～0.4,5 eyes 0.1～0.2,4 eyes≤0.1.Post-operative intraocular pressure was checked in six months,32 eyes and 2 eyes afrer Carteolol hydrochloride eye drops used in normal range.Conclusion Master appropriate timing of combined cataract and glaucoma surgery,the patients can restore useful vision and control intraocular pressure,relieve pain of 2nd surgery and reduce the economic burden.更多还原
