【摘要】 目的探讨不同屈光度近视患者行微型角膜刀准分子激光上皮瓣下磨镶术(Epi-LASIK)的临床疗效和手术安全性。方法对106例(212只眼)近视眼患者按术前屈光度分为中低度组(-1.50D～-6.00D)、高度组(-6.25D～-9.00D)、超高度组(-9.25D～-12.75D)进行手术和临床对比观察,全部患者进行3个月以上的随访,随访时间3～4个月,平均3.29个月,观察视力、屈光度、术后眼疼程度、并发症、疗效,并探讨手术方法和术后用药对手术效果的影响。结果术后第1天92%患者无眼疼或仅轻微眼不适,能良好配合视力和裂隙灯检查。3个月内术后裸眼视力达到术前最佳矫正视力的占79.77%,超过术前最佳矫正视力的占15.50%,低于术前最佳矫正视力1行的占4.65%。该手术少见并发症有术中瓣裂孔、瓣游离,分别为0.94%、0.47%;术后并发症主要是Haze,占11.32%。结论Epi-LASIK术后视力恢复满意,手术安全,适应症宽,是目前减少和避免屈光手术并发症特别是与角膜瓣有关并发症的安全手术方式之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effects and safeness of different diopter after epipolis laser in-situ keratomileusis(Epi-LASIK).Methods 212 eyes of 106 patients were distributed into three groups according to the diopter preoperative:lower diopter(-1.50D～-6.00D),high diopter(-6.25D～-9.00D),and superhigh diopter(-9.25D～12.75D).All patients were followed up for three months to four months,then observe the clinical curative effects,complications,and degree of ophthalmology syndrome respectively,furthermore discuss the influence by skill of surgery and medication postoperative.Results On the first day 92% of patients had no ophthalmology syndrome or had little,as well as can fit examinations of visual acuity and slit lamp.Among three months 79.77% of patients gained their BCVA(best corrected visual acuity),15.50% exceeded their BCVA,and 4.65% had infra-BCVA.The rare complications of this surgery are hollow epithelial flap and free epithelial flap which hold 0.94% and 0.47%.The main postoperative complication and 10.85% patients had is haze.Conclusion Epi-LASIK now is one safety method to decrease complications of refractive surgery especially complications related to corneal flap,because of the safeness effectiveness and applicability.更多还原
