糖尿病患者糖化血清蛋白与全天血糖水平变化的关系

【摘要】 目的:通过监测61例2型糖尿病患者的动态血糖,研究糖化血清蛋白与全天各时间段平均血糖的关系。方法:在住院患者中随机选取61例2型糖尿病患者,检测患者的身高、体重、血压、心率、空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、血脂、肝肾功能等指标,并予72h动态血糖监测。结果:糖尿病患者全天各时间段血糖中以03:00~06:00最低,餐后2、3h血糖最高。GSP与三餐前1h、三餐后1、2、3h、晚上22:00~24:00、00:00~03:00、03:00~06:00段平均血糖均显著相关,与全天血糖平均水平、血糖波动系数、高血糖时间显著相关,GSP与三餐后血糖波动幅度、低血糖时间无关。血糖波动系数与全天血糖平均水平呈显著相关。结论:GSP能反映糖尿病患者全天各时间段平均血糖水平、全天血糖水平和全天高血糖时间,血糖波动系数与GSP和全天血糖水平密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the continuous glucose monitoring of 61 type 2 diabetes,study the relations between glycosylated serum protien(GSP) and mean blood glucose levels of different periods during the whole day.Methods:Patients’ height,weight,blood pressure,heart rates,fast plasma glucose,glycosylated serum protien,cholesterol,triglyceride,hepatic and rephric index were measured.Dynaric plasne glucose with 72 hrs were measured by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS).Results:The mean blood glucose levels at 03∶00~06∶00 were the lowest,2~3h postprandial glucose were the highest.GSP were significantly correlated with 1h preprandial glucose,postprandial glucose at 1.2 hr,blood giucose at 22∶00~24∶00,00∶00~03∶00,Am 03∶00~06∶00.GSP were also correlated with mean blood glucose levels,blood glucose wavy coefficient,high blood glucose time.GSP had no relation with postprandial blood glucose vary range and low blood glucose time.Blood glucose wavy coefficient was correlated with mean blood glucose levels during all day.Conclusion:GSP can reflect mean blood glucose levels at different periods during the whole day,mean blood glucose levels and high blood glucose time.Blood glucose wavy coefficient was significantly correlated with GSP and mean blood glucose levels during all day.
