【摘要】 目的通过检测肝癌组织及癌旁组织中survivin及caspase-3的表达,了解二者与肝癌之间的关系及其相互关系,为进一步探讨肝癌的发病机制、早期诊断及寻找科学的治疗方法提供一定的理论依据。方法以免疫组化法染色,观察survivin及caspase-3在肝癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达,并结合患者的临床病理特点进行综合分析。结果survivin在肝癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.01),与年龄、性别、AFP是否阳性无关(P>0.05),有门静脉癌栓者表达较高(P<0.01);caspase-3在癌旁组织中的表达高于肝癌组织(P<0.01);survivin与caspase-3在肝癌组织中的表达强度呈负相关(P<0.05);survivin阳性肝癌患者生存率低于survivin阴性肝癌患者(P<0.05)。结论survivin可抑制细胞凋亡,促进肝癌的发生;caspase-3促进细胞凋亡,抑制肝癌的发生;survivin抑制细胞凋亡与caspase-3受抑有关;survivin可能降低患者生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the relation between survivin and caspase-3 and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)by testing the expression of them in the tissue of HCC and beside HCC.The theory for researching pathogenesis of HCC and earlier diagnosis and better treatment will be given.Methods When the paraffin sections were made,the paraffin sections by immunohistochemistry were stained and the expression of survivin and caspase-3 combining the feature of clinic and pathology of patients were analyzed.Results The positive rate of Survivin in the tissue of HCC was higher than that beside HCC(P<0.01)and was nothing to do with sex and age and AFP(P>0.05),but cancer embolus in portal vein(P<0.01).The positive rate of caspase-3 in the tissue beside HCC was higher than of HCC(P<0.01);There was inverse correlation between survivin and caspase-3(P<0.05);The Survival rate of the patients with survivin positive is higher than the ones with survivin negative(P<0.05).Conclusion survivin propbably inhibites apoptosis and promotes emerging HCC.caspase-3 promotes apoptosis and inhibites mergine HCC.survivin inhibiting apoptosis is concerned with inhibited caspase-3.survivin probably promotes to lower survival rate of patients of liver cancer.更多还原
