【摘要】 目的:寻找每个个体心电图心电波形特征点。方法:随机选择3000份18岁以上成年人同步12导联心电图,每份心电图每个导联选择1次心动周期清晰、可辨的波形进行观察分析并记录其形态特征,提取心电图波形的特征点绘表统计。结果:①每个导联单个波P、T、U波可有27个特征点;②每个导联QRS复合波可有247个特征点;③每个导联ST段可有10个特征点;④每个导联P-R、Q-T间期各有1个特征点;⑤每个导联1次心动周期心电波形可有286个特征点;⑥12导联心电图1次心动周期心电波形可有3 432个特征点。结论:每个人12导联心电图的P-QRS-T-U波就是本人的心电波形特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To search each individual’s characteristic points of electrocardio-wave from 3 000 cases undertaken electrocardiogram(ECG) examination.Method:Twelve-lead surface electrocardiograms from 3 000 adults were randomly selected and then one cardiac cycle with clear electrocardio-waves was chosen to analyse and record the morphological characteristics.The extracted characteristic points were then counted and charted.Result:①Twenty-seven characteristic points were found about single waves(P,T and U waves) in one lead.②Two hundred and forty-seven characteristic points were seen in QRS complex wave in one lead.③Ten characteristic points were detected in ST segment in one lead.④Only 1 characteristic point was present in either PR or QT interval in one lead.⑤Two hundred and eighty-six characteristic points of the electrocardio-wave were observed in one cardiac cycle of one lead.⑥Three thousand four hundred and thirty-two characteristic points of electrocardio-wave were showen in one cardiac cycle of the twelve-lead surface electrocardiograms.Conclusion:The P-QRS-T-U wave of the twelve-lead surface electrocardiogram represents a characteristic of electrocardio-wave for individual, suggesting it may be useful to evaluate individual biological behavior.更多还原
