甲钴胺对挤压伤大鼠坐骨神经的修复作用
Recovery Action of Methycobal to Sciatic Nerve Crush Lesion in Rats
【摘要】 目的:观察甲钴胺对周围神经损害后恢复的影响。方法:以SD大鼠坐骨神经建立周围神经损害动物模型,以坐骨神经传导速度、坐骨神经干病理切片(光镜、电镜)为观察指标,考察甲钴胺对周围神经损害后恢复的影响。结果:甲钴胺组给药4周后能显著改善大鼠坐骨神经损害。结论:甲钴胺对周围神经损害有确切的修复作用。
【Abstract】 Aim:To study the recovery action of methycobal to peripheral nerve crush lesion in rats. Methods:Sciatic nerve crush lesion model was established in rats.The conduction velocity of sciatic nerve and the morphological changes were observed by light and electron microscope.Results:At the end of 4 weeks,methycobal can obviously recover the sciatic crush lesion in rats.Conclusion:Methycobal shows recovery effect on the peripheral crush lesion.
