【摘要】 目的:探讨强的松治疗天疱疮病人合理的起始量范围。方法:收集了1996～2008年我院收治的天疱疮病例85例,(寻常型82例。增殖型2例,红斑型1例)作为研究对象。肾上腺皮质激素起始量的范围由基本量和附加量两个水平确定:分有效(量足)、显效(量够)、无效(量欠)三个标准。将有效和显效计为有效率。结果:结果表明85例患者中77例为有效(量足),5例显效(为量够),3例无效(为量欠),有效率为96.4%。结论:该方案可作为强的松治疗天疱疮的起始量参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the scope of the initial amount of prednisone in the treatment of patients with pemphigus.Method:85 cases of patients with pemphigus treated in hospital from 1996 to 2008 were collected for the study (82 cases of pemphigus vulgaris,2 cases of pemphigus vegetans and one case of pemphigus erythematous).The scope of the initial amount of adrenocorticotropic hormone was determined by the basic and additional dose.It included three standards:efficient (full dose),effective (enough dose),and ineffective (not enough dose).Counted the efficient and the effective as the effective rate.Result:The results showed that 77 in 85 cases of patients were effective (full dose),5 cases were efficient (enough dose),3 cases were ineffective (not enough dose),the effective rate was 96.4%.Conclusion:This case can be used as the reference to the initial amount of prednisone in the treatment of pemphigus.更多还原
