【摘要】 目的:探讨采用星状神经节阻滞(stellate ganglion block,SGB)疗法治疗难治性灼口综合征的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:以4cm长注射针在C6横突结节正上方垂直刺入,达骨质,退针2mm回吸无血液和脑脊液,注入1%利多卡因5ml。采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对疗效进行评估。结果:48例中,痊愈23例(48%),好转21例(44%),无效4例(8%),总有效率达92%。结论:SGB用于难治性灼口综合征的治疗可获得较确切的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To exploer the effect and mechanism of adopting stellate ganglion block(SGB) to treat refractoriness burning mouth syndrome(BMS).Method:4 cm dolicho-needles were used to piqure into soft tissue where above C6 processus transverses nodus and reached facies ossea,and then were draw back 2 cm. 5 ml lidocaine(1%) was infund.Visual analogue scale(VAS) was used to appraisal the curative effect.Result:Of 48 cases,heal 23 cases(48%);improve 21 cases(44%);ineffective 4 cases(8%),the total effective rate is 92%.Conclusion:SGB is a kind of effective treatment of refractoriness BMS.更多还原
