【摘要】 目的:探讨影响前牙超瓷全瓷冠美学修复的因素。方法:采用超瓷全瓷冠对28例患者的前牙进行修复,并对满意度进行调查,分析统计结果。结果:美观满意度达到85.71%,形态效果达到92.86%,修复牙边缘密合度达到92.16%,形态恢复达到86.27%。结论:超瓷全瓷冠在前牙修复上效果满意,其美学特性与牙体预备、比色、形态恢复等因素密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the factors influencing the aesthetics of targis/vectris all-ceramic crown of anterior teeth. Method:In this experiment,28 patients who accepted anterior teeth restorations of targis/vectris all-ceramic crown in our clinics were recruited. After the treatment was completed,the satisfactory degree of the restoration of both the patients and the dentists were inquired into and analyzed. Result:In this experiment,about 85.71% patients are satisfied with the aesthetics,about 92.86% with shape restoration. Meanwhile,about 92.16% dentist are satisfied with marginal fitness,about 86.27% with shape restoration. Conclusion:targis/vectris all-ceramic crown restoration of anterior teeth has excellent esthetic property,which closely related to the preparation of teeth,color match and shape restoration,etc.更多还原
