【摘要】 目的:探讨程式化技能训练对慢性精神分裂症住院患者的康复效果。方法:将120例住院患者随机分成训练组和对照组各60例,对训练组进行8周的程式化训练,然后全部随访24周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS),自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)和Morningside康复状态量表(MRSS)进行评估。结果:训练组的PANSS总分、阴性症状分和一般精神病理分及ITAQ分以及MRSS各量表分在训练第20周末起,都明显优于对照组。结论:程式化技能训练可使慢性精神分裂症住院患者增进多方面的康复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of procedural skill training for chronic schizophrenic inpatients.Method:120 inpatients were randomly divided into the training group and the control group,60 cases respectively.The two procedural skill trainings were carried out only for training group in 8 weeks.Then,all of them were followed up in 24 weeks.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),the insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ)and MRSS were adopted for assessment at regular intervals on these patients.Results:The training group demonstrated obvious better improvement in total scores,scores of negative symptom scale and scores of general psychopathological symptom scale of PANSS,in the scores of both ITAQ and all MRSS-subscales than the control group after the 20th week.Conclusion:The procedural skill training could be quite possible for improving rehabilitation effect in chronic schizophrenic inpatients in many ways.更多还原
