【摘要】 目的探讨经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)对大肠癌患者化疗期间生活质量的影响及提高大肠癌患者化疗期间生活质量(QOL)的有效途径。方法将40例住院患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各20例。采用评估癌症患者QOL评分表对每组进行调查。结果实验组化疗期间的疼痛、睡眠、对癌症的认识、治疗的态度、日常活动和副反应优于对照组。结论PICC是目前临床肿瘤患者化疗给药的常用途径,该方法操作简单、方便,并发症少,实验组QOL明显高于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effects of PICC on QOL in patients with colorectal cancer during chemotherapy and improve the QOL of these patients in an effective way.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group,of which are 20 cases in each group,and carry out an investigation by adopting cancer patients QOL evaluation table for each patient.Results Pain,sleep,cancer awareness,treatment attitude,daily life and side effects on patients of experimental group have an advantage than which in the control group during chemotherapy.Conclusion PICC is commonly used in clinical treatment on patients who suffered with tumor currently.The method is simple,convenient and less complications,easy maintenance,and also patients can act unconventionally,QOL of the experimental group patients is higher than that of the control significantly.更多还原
