【摘要】 目的探讨尺骨截骨手术治疗陈旧性儿童孟氏骨折的疗效。方法对28例患儿采取尺骨截骨固定桡骨小头复位,同时行环状韧带重建,其中3例行桡骨中段缩短截骨固定。结果28例均得到随访,时间6个月~8年。肘关节功能:优20例,良8例。4例合并桡神经损伤患儿完全得到恢复。结论尺骨截骨手术是治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折良好术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method of osteotomy of ulna for management of old Monteggia fracture of Children and to evaluate the clinical effects. Methods 28 cases were operated by ulna osteotomy and open reduction of radial head, of which 3 cases were undergone shortening of middle radial shaft. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 8 years.There results were excellent in 20 cases and good in 8.4 cases with radial nerve injury were recovered completely. Conclusions Ulna osteotomy is effective for management of old Monteggia fracture of children.更多还原
