【摘要】 目的研究鼻咽部淋巴瘤的CT表现。资料与方法回顾性分析45例经病理证实的鼻咽部淋巴瘤影像表现。结果45例均表现为突入鼻咽腔内的均匀软组织密度肿块,30例可见口咽肿块,10例可见鼻腔内侵犯,30例伴有颈部淋巴结增大,仅1例见颅底骨质增生硬化。结论鼻咽部淋巴瘤表现为鼻咽腔内生长的均匀密度肿块影,很少侵犯周围深层组织。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe CT appearances of nasopharyngeal lymphoma.Materials and Methods CT findings in 45 patients with lymphoma in nasopharynx proved by pathology were reviewed retrospectively.Results A homogeneous isodense mass in nasopharynx was found in all patients,in which oropharynx was involved in 30 cases(66.7%),the nasal cavity was involved in 10(22.2%),lymphadenopathy was found in 30(66.7%) cases.Skull base erosion was displayed in only one case.Conclusion The lymphoma in the nasopharynx appeared as a homogeneous tumor in the nasopharynx without or with minimal invasion into deep structures.更多还原
