前列腺癌MSCT多期增强特征与bFGF及血管生成关系的研究
MSCT Multi-phase Scan Features of Prostate Cancer: Correlative Study with bFGF and Angiogenesis
【摘要】 目的探讨前列腺癌(PCa)MSCT多期扫描的增强特征及与微血管密度(MVD)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达情况的相关性。资料与方法27例PCa患者术前行MSCT扫描,用免疫组织化学染色检测癌组织的bFGF和MVD的表达情况。结果bFGF的表达与MVD有相关性;MVD与Gleason分级、肿瘤分化程度分级之间有相关性;最大强化幅值(MAV)与bFGF、MVD呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论PCa的MSCT增强特征受bFGF及微血管等多种因素影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of MVD, basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and the clinical pathologic characters of prostate cancer (PCa). To explore the correlation between the multi-phase multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) imaging features and the level of MVD,bFGF which were related indexs of microvascular. Materials and Methods Twenty-seven PCa cases were examined with multi-phase contrast-enhanced MSCT scanning. Each pathologic specimen was stained to detect the level of bFGF and MVD. Results There was significant positive correlation between bFGF and MVD (P<0.01). MVD had significant positive correlation with Gleason grade and differentiation of the tumor (P<0.01). MAV had a positive correlation with bFGF and MVD (P<0.01). Conclusion The MSCT features of PCa can be influenced by many factors including angiogenesis, the expression of bFGF and so on.
