脂质体携载前列腺素E1联合血必净抗SIRS的临床研究

【摘要】 目的评价脂质体携载前列腺素E1(以下简称PGE1)联用血必净注射液抗全身炎症反应综合(SiRS)的疗效。方法将SIRS患者分为对照组,PGE1治疗组、血必净治疗组、PGE1+血必净治疗组,对照组给予综合治疗,其余三个治疗组在同样综合治疗基础上,分别给予PGE1、血必净、PGE1+血必净注射液治疗,检测治疗前后四组患者血浆中TNF-α、TL-6、TXB2的水平变化,并随机选一组健康人群做正常对照组,检测相关炎性介质的血浆水平。结果临床研究发现,各时间点TNF-α、IL-6、TXB2在SIRS组与PGE1治疗组、血必净组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);而且PGE1+血必净组与PGE1组、血必净组相比较,有差异(P<0.05)。结论血必净、前列腺素E1均能在一定程度上减轻炎症反应;但联合使用前列腺素E1和血必净注射液能更好地减轻SIRS的程度。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of treatment with prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) and Xue-bi-jing in clinical SIRS patients. Methods In the study, the SIRS patients were randomly divided into four groups: SIRS group, PGE1 group, Xue-bi-jing group, PGE1 plus Xue-bi-jing group. For the PGE1 Xue-bi-jing group, PGE1 Xue-bi-jing was respectively injected intravenously in a dose of 20 μg for 3 ng/min for 2 hours, or a dose of 50ml for an hour, twice a day and continued for 7 days. For the PGE1 plus XueBijing group, first, PGE1, and then Xuebi-jing was injected intravenously in the same dose and in the same way. Additionally, some healthy people were selected as a normal control group. The measures were taken to determine the levels of TNF-α、TL-6、TXB2 of serum. Results Compared with the normal control group, SIRS group exhibited the higher levels of TNF-α、IL-6、TXB2 of serum(P<0.01). The PGE1 plus Xue-bi-jing group had significantly different levels of TNF-α、IL-6、TXB2 (P<0.05) than those either in the PGE1 group or in the Xue-bi-jing group. Conclusion The study shows that PGE1 plus Xue-bi-jing can decrease the level of SIRS patients at very high degree.
