【Abstract】 The relationship between teachers and students is a main one in universities.Its nature is built upon the concept of Man.Fichte argues that Man is the unity of reasonable self and experiential self.Man’s vacation is to try his best to gain culture in order to realize unity of the two selves.Universities are institutes where people pursuit their culture.In universities both teachers and students are scholars.They obey common principle of academic freedom.Fichtes’ thought of education of universities will redound to explaining and constructing a kind of harmonious relationship between teachers and students.更多还原
