结晶器电磁搅拌对20号管坯钢中心裂纹的影响

【摘要】 在结晶器电磁搅拌磁特征测量的基础上,采用正交法进行了结晶器电磁搅拌工艺参数对无缝管用20号连铸坯中心裂纹影响的试验。优化后的电磁搅拌工艺参数采用连续电磁搅拌方式、6Hz的频率和350A电流强度,铸坯的中心裂纹可控制为平均0.17级,等轴晶区的比例均大于45%,圆坯一次低倍合格率达到92.68%。

【Abstract】 Effect of mould electromagnetic stirring on centre cracks of 20 steel tube bloom was investigated by orthogonal test based on the electromagnetic stirring characteristics.The electromagnetic stirring process optimized by using continuously electromagnetic stirring mode with 6Hz frequency and 350A current intensity.The effect after optimization is that centre cracks are 0.17 grade,ratio of equiaxed grain zone is more than 45% and the first qualified rate of tube billets reached to 92.68%.
