锰离子催化体系加压浸出硫化锌精矿的试验研究
STUDY OF PRESSURE LEACHING OF ZINC SULFIDE IN Mn2+ CATALYST SYSTEM
【摘要】 针对锰离子(Mn2+)催化体系浸出硫化锌精矿过程,采用正交试验的方法研究了温度、时间、搅拌速度、液固比、氧压、Mn2+加入量等因素对锌浸出率的影响。在最佳工艺条件下,锌平均浸出率可达95%以上。
【Abstract】 To aim at leaching process of zinc sulfide in Mn2+ catalyst system,investigate the effect factors on leaching rate of zinc,such as leaching temperature,leaching time,stirring speed,liquid-solid ratio,oxygen pressure,the dosage of Mn2+.The optimum operation condition is obtained by the orthogonal experiment.The leaching rate of zinc is more than 95% under this condition.
