煤矸石作充填骨料的似膏体料浆流动性能试验研究

【摘要】 以山东新汶矿业集团孙村煤矿的实际情况作为研究背景,为保证地表及矿山主要井巷的安全,最大限度地回收留设的保安煤柱的技术问题,解决煤矸石排放问题和建成清洁绿色矿山,进行了煤矸石作为充填骨料的似膏体料浆流变特性试验研究。试验结果表明,制备出的煤矸石似膏体合乎设计要求,并能实现膏体完全自流充填。采用煤矸石充似膏体自流充填工艺既然经济又环保,为孙村煤矿实现绿色生产和可持续发展提供了技术支持。

【Abstract】 Based on the actual situation of Suncun Mine of Shandong Xinwen Mining Group,in order to ensure safety of surface and workings of the main mines,to recover safety pillars set at a maximum,to solve discharge problem of gangue and to establish a clean and green mine,an experimental research on flow performance of paste-like slurry with gangue as filling aggregate was carried out.The test results showed the prepared paste-like gangue met the design requirements,realized gravity stowing of paste body.The gravity stowing process with paste-like slurry with gangue as filling aggregate is economical and is friendly to environment and provides technical support for Suncun Mine to realize green production and sustainable development.
