【摘要】 校企合作创新是高校科技成果转化的一种重要形式。然而合作创新的结果往往受到合作双方价值取向、外部政策等因素的影响。该文运用博弈的基本理论和方法,对企业与高校间合作创新问题进行研究,建立了校企合作创新的博弈分析模型,重点讨论了企业在与高校进行合作创新时选择合作方式的原则和方法,并对如何进一步促进校企合作创新、提高高校科技成果转化率提出了合理化建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 University-Industry Cooperative Innovation(UICI) is one of the important forms for the technology transfer of universities.However,the result of cooperative innovation is affected by many factors,such as the different value orientation,S&T policy of government.Thecooperative innovation between universitiesand industries was studied by using the principle and method of game theory.The analytical model of UICI was found based on the theory and was used to discusshow the industry makes decisionwhen it cooperates with universities.Finally,some reasonable proposals were raised for improving the quality of UICI.更多还原
