吸收能力、知识整合对组织创新和组织绩效的影响研究
The impact of absorptive capability,knowledge integration on the organizational innovation and organizational performance
【摘要】 选取我国珠三角地区124家高科技企业作为实证研究对象,探讨吸收能力、知识整合、组织创新与组织绩效之间的关系。本文的研究结果表明:(1)吸收能力对知识整合有显著的直接正向影响;(2)吸收能力对组织创新没有显著的直接正向影响;(3)知识整合对组织创新有显著的直接正向影响;(4)组织创新对组织绩效有显著的直接正向影响。该实证结果对于人们正确理解吸收能力、知识整合、组织创新与组织绩效间的内在联系具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 The relationships among absorptive capability,knowledge integration,organization innovation,and organizational performance are examined.The sample of this study has 124 high-tech companies in south China.It is proved that(1) absorptive capability has a distinct direct positive impact on the knowledge integration,(2) absorptive capability do not have a distinct direct positive impact on the organization innovation,(3) knowledge integration has a distinct direct positive impact on the organization innovation,and(4) organization innovation has a distinct direct positive impact on the organizational performance.These results are meaningful for further understanding the relationships among absorptive capability,knowledge integration,organization innovation,and organizational performance.
