进一步提高狮子山铜矿磨机生产能力的研究

【摘要】 应用精确化装补球方法,开展了提高狮子山铜矿磨机生产能力的研究。工业试验结果表明,采用ф90、ф80和ф60球按35∶35∶30配比进行精确化装补球,磨机生产率由83.34t/h增至91.84t/h,选厂生产规模由2000t/d提高至2204t/d,在提高处理量时并未影响选矿指标,且全厂电耗和磨矿介质单耗都有大幅度下降。

【Abstract】 Applying a method of accurate loading and addition of milling balls,research to raise the mill capacity of Shizishan Copper Mine was carried out.The industry experiment shows that,when a fixed weight ratio of charged balls with diameters of 90,80 and 60 mm was regulated accurately as 35∶35∶30,the production capacity of the mill was increased from 83.34 t/h to 91.84 t/h,and therewith,the capacity of the total plant was increased from 2000 t/d to 2204 t/d,yet,the mineral separation targets remained unaffected despite the increasing capacity,meanwhile,the electricity consumption and grinding media consumption per unit are decreased obviously.
