【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of solar battery achievement’ s transformation in N university,this paper points out that technical chasm and human chasm baffle transformation of universities’ scientific and technical achievements.Causes of formation and impacts of the two chasms are analyzed and some suggestions are given.Hope this research will be helpful for transformation of universities’ scientific and technical achievements.更多还原
