【Abstract】 By analyzing and comparing routes and characteristics of historic evolvement of basic research investment in USA,Germany,Japan,Korea and India,which cover all the types of country in the world,and discussing their coordination mechanism for the investments from macro-level and mid-level as well,this paper reaches some main conclusions in order to provide decision-making support for constructing an effective system of basic research investment in China.更多还原
