【Abstract】 This paper examines the relationships between organizational learning,knowledge creation and firm innovative performance in the context of strategic alliances.We hypothesize that organizational learning will not only directly impact on firm innovation activities,but also indirectly influence innovative performance through the mediating role of knowledge creation.These hypotheses were supported by using a sample of 127 German partnering firms.Results suggest that while alliance firms learn new knowledge from their partners,they must simultaneously pay more attention to the knowledge creation activities within their boundaries,so as to enhance innovative capabilities and performance.更多还原
