【摘要】 在定义企业动态知识竞争力内涵的基础上,针对如何分析和识别企业动态知识竞争力,构建了动态知识竞争力的识别框架,提出了一种基于"递进层次分析法"的动态知识竞争力识别方法。该方法从企业的价值链入手,从客户价值的角度,首先识别出企业的关键知识竞争力;再以延展性和独特性为标准,识别出核心知识竞争力;最后依据动态性识别出企业的动态知识竞争力。并举实例说明了如何应用该方法识别企业的动态知识竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on defining the conception of dynamic knowledge competence,a framework of identifying dynamic knowledge capabilities is built and a step-by-step procedure method is presented in order to analyze and identify dynamic knowledge competence.In this method,firstly,knowledge capabilities are identified according to value chain;then,key knowledge capabilities are identified from view of customer value;thirdly,core knowledge competences are identified from view of collectiveness and uniqueness;finally,dynamic knowledge competences are identified according to flexibility.A practical example is provided for explaining how to use the way to know dynamic knowledge capabilities.更多还原
