【Abstract】 Based organization learning theory and view of ambidextrous organization,this paper researches the effect of different combination between exploration and exploitation and produces a two-dimension matrix model.We emphasize the ambidextrous organization impact improving performance on innovation and keeping advantage on the future competitions,and solve the problem of the choice of route to implement ambidextrous organization in two-dimension matrix model when enterprise faces different industry-fluctuation.Simultaneously we propose the main measures to implement ambidextrous organization after choosing the route.更多还原
