【摘要】 探讨了R&D项目组合决策的研究进展并归纳了研究框架,提出了现有研究的优点与不足。针对这些不足,提出引入生态学理论和方法解决R&D项目组合决策问题。通过阐述项目组合具有类似于生态系统的属性,证明了应用生态学理论研究R&D项目组合决策问题的可行性。最后构建了基于生态学理论与方法的R&D项目组合决策研究框架,并与现有框架进行对比,给出了生态学视角下R&D项目组合决策的研究内容和研究方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper firstly presents the recent research of R&D portfolio decision and discusses the strength and weakness of current approaches.Different research issues and methods are summarized into one common framework.By observing the limitations and shortcomings of existing work,an ecology-based framework is proposed by applying ecology theories and methods into R&D portfolio decision.In the end,the ecological-similar attributes of R&D portfolio decision are analogized and the feasibility of applying ecology theories and methods into R&D portfolio decision is studied.Comparisons are made between the common framework and ecology-based framework.Detailed discussions on R&D portfolio decision’s possible research issues and methods in the ecology-based view are presented.更多还原
