【摘要】 随着联盟管理研究的不断深入,研究的焦点从最初的强调联盟的形成、控制与结构转向对联盟过程的研究。公平作为联盟交易过程中表现出来的一个重要特征开始受到研究者的重视。从公平与联盟演化、基于公平理论的合资企业管理和基于公平理论的渠道关系管理三个方面对现有研究进行评述,并指出现有研究的不足以及未来的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of alliance management, the research focus have transformed into alliance process from alliance formation, control and alliance structure. As one important characteristic of alliance exchange process, justice has gotten more and more attention. This paper reviewed the research on alliance management based on justice theory from three aspects: justice and alliance evolution, joint venture management based on justice theory, and channel relationship management based on justice theory. The paper also presented the limitations in extant studies and gave the future research directions.更多还原
