【摘要】 政府科技计划已经成为推动国家科技发展的主导力量。技术跟踪在政府科技计划的整体过程中处于基础性地位。在技术跟踪内涵阐释的基础上,开发技术跟踪的工具,并以公路工程领域为例,从技术水平定位、技术优势和技术合作三个层面进行可视化实验,以此判别公路工程领域的深层次结构,为政府科技计划战略的制定做一些基于工程技术分析的支撑性工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The S&T program of government has become the country’s scientific and technological development-led forces. Technology tracking is in foundation status in the process of government S&T program. The article makes preliminary discussion on the method of technology tracking visualization from the perspective. Meanwhile author try to study visualization experiments of highway engineering from technical level positioning, technology advantage and technical cooperation three levels in order to discriminate this field of deep-seated structural, which as a kind of technical analysis is fundamental to of technology strategy selection.更多还原
