【Abstract】 Traditional technology assessment is financial index oriented based on the technology reality; new technology assessment is strategy oriented with both assessment of technology and social assessment of technology, extending from special technology to changes of technology, marketing and social. This paper determinates the assessment index system of new technology concerning the commercial potential using Delphi Method, expert panel and Questionnaire and etc., and validates the difference of indexing system between traditional technology and new technology assessment by means of paired- samples T test.更多还原
