【摘要】 目的:观察复合肥对雄性大鼠次级精母细胞超微结构的影响,进而探究复合肥对其生殖功能的影响。方法:给大鼠经口灌服10%的复合肥剂,每次1mL,每周2次。动物实验周期分别设为4个月组,8个月组,12个月组,每组大鼠分别编号1~10。按预定实验周期采血,检测睾丸酮;而后处死大鼠,取睾丸组织进行形态学观察。结果:大鼠睾丸酮激素未见明显变化;大鼠睾丸次级精母细胞超微结构发生明显改变。结论:10%复合肥剂对大鼠的生殖细胞功能有一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of compound fertilizer on secondary spermatocyte ultrastructure of male rats and explore its influence on rat reproduction.Methods:Based on different experiment time,30 rats were divided into 3 groups(10 in each)-4-month group,8-month group and 12-month group,respectively.The rats were given compound fertilize solution(10%) by mouth twice each week and 1mL once.Blood was taken at different experiment time(at 4,8 or 12 month) to test testosteron,and then the rats were killed and the testicle tissue was taken so as to examine its morphology.Results:There were on significant alterations both in testosterone and in secondary spermatocyte ultrastructure of male rats.Conclusion:There were some effects of compound fertilizer on functions of secondary spermatocyte of male rats.更多还原
