【摘要】 目的:研究血浆肾上腺髓质素水平在妊娠期高血压疾病中的变化及其可能机制。方法:放射免疫分析法测定妊娠期高血压疾病妇女、正常妊娠妇女、非孕妇女血浆中肾上腺髓质素水平。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病组血浆肾上腺髓质素水平明显高于正常妊娠组、非孕妇女组,与非孕妇女组比较差异具有极显著性,与正常妊娠组比较差异具有显著性。而且,其随病情加重而增加,病情越重,升高越明显。结论:血浆肾上腺髓质素水平在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中升高,它可能作为一种代偿机制参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes and probable mechanisam of adrenomedullin(ADM)in the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDP).Methods:The plasma ADM levels were detected by radioimmunoassay in HDP,normal pregnant women and normal nonpregnant women.Results:1.Compared with control group,the plasma ADM concentration in HDP group was significantly increased,with significant difference between HDP,normal pregnant women and nonpregnant women.The more severe the disease,the higher the concentration,which increased with the severity of HDP.Conclusion:The higher of plasma ADM concentration may serve as a compensation in hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy.更多还原
