卫星用蜂窝夹层板的等效计算及实验研究

【摘要】 为了减轻卫星的质量,蜂窝夹层板被广泛地应用到现代卫星结构中。而在卫星发射前对卫星进行动态特性分析是必须的。目前的有限元软件无蜂窝单元,为此常用等效方法来模拟蜂窝的力学性能。本文采用等效板和夹心板理论两种等效方法模拟得到了两块蜂窝夹层板的固有频率,同时对蜂窝夹层板进行了振动试验,测得固有频率。等效方法的计算结果与试验结果对比,得到不同等效方法的计算误差,从而选择较适合特定尺寸蜂窝夹层板的等效方法,确保卫星总体分析结果的准确性。

【Abstract】 The honeycomb sandwich plates have been widely used in the satellite structures in order to reduce the weight. The dynamic analysis of the satellite should be done before it was launched. However the finite element software could not provide the element to simulate the mechanical capabilities of the honeycomb sandwich plates, equivalent methods must be used. The first frequencies of two honeycomb sandwich plates were gotten by using the equivalent plane theory and sandwich plane theory. At the same time, the theory frequencies were obtained by vibrating experiments. The calculation and experiment results were compared to acquire the veracity of the equivalent methods. The proper equivalent method was chosen, which insure the calculation preciseness of the satellite analysis.
