【摘要】 为保障视频点播系统VOD(Video-On-Demand)的服务质量,在分析QoS的指标、控制机制和控制原理的基础上,提出了基于宽带IP的视频点播系统的流媒体QoS控制方案:利用外反馈控制策略,通过对所获得的音视频QoS参数进行统计,取其中最差的作为调控依据,先平滑滤波,再进行决策,实现发送速率(改变RTP头中的时间戳)的统一控制。实验结果表明,基于RTCP的外反馈控制算法能尽可能地减少包丢失,有效实现QoS控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the QoS(Quality of Service)of the VOD(Video-On-Demand)system,on analysing the index sign,control mechanism and control principle of QoS,the QoS control program of VOD system based on Broadband IP is proposed,as following:making use of the outer-feedback control strategy,by statistic of the audio-video QoS parameter to take its worst one as control basis;the filter wave is smoothed firstly,then decision made,finally reach for a unite control of the send velocity(change time-stamp in the RTP head).The test data shows that,the outer-feedback control algorithm based on RTCP can decrease bag losing and realize the QoS control.更多还原
