复合生物柴油乳化油的制备及其稳定性研究

【摘要】 以20%生物柴油,80%石化柴油混合制成复合生物柴油(B20),通过加入表面活性剂制成复合生物柴油乳化油。初步探讨了乳化剂的用量、水混合量和乳化时间对该乳化油水剂稳定性的影响。实验表明:采用石油磺酸钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚复合乳化剂,复合生物柴油(B20)添加复合乳化剂6%,最佳油水比1:4,乳化时间25min,制得稳定性较好的乳化液,乳化液室内保存45d不分层。添加复合乳化剂8%时,乳化液室内保存300d不分层。

【Abstract】 Complex biodiesel was prepared with 20% biodiesel and 80% diesel. The experiment of water mixing was processed in emulsified complex biodiesel production. The influences of the following factors on the stability of emulsified complex biodiesel were studied: the dosage of emulsifier, the water content and the time of emulsifying. The optimum conditions in the experiment were as follows: the ratio of oil to water 1:4, the dosage of emulsifier 6% , the time of emulsifying 25 min. A good stability of the emulsified complex biodiesel is obtained, no stratification is found in storage of 300 days in room temperature .the dosage of emulsifier 8% , in storage of 300 days. The emulsion principle is also discussed.
