二维编织C/SiC复合材料开孔构件的拉-压力学性能研究

【摘要】 通过大量试验研究了二维编织C/SiC复合材料带孔构件的拉伸和压缩性能,结合断口观察分析了其在拉伸和压缩载荷下的损伤和破坏机理。试验结果表明,二维编织C/SiC复合材料带孔构件的强度主要受孔径w和构件宽度d之比的影响,其拉伸表现出完全的非线性特性,压缩在低应力时表现为线性,应力较高时则表现为非线性响应。断口观察表明,二维编织C/SiC复合材料开孔构件的拉伸和压缩都沿着开孔中线破坏。其拉伸断口较为平齐,基体开裂以及纤维拉伸断裂是主要破坏形式;压缩破坏呈现剪切断面,压缩断面和压缩加载方向形成一个较小夹角,层间分层和纵向纤维剪切断裂是其主要破坏形式。

【Abstract】 The properties of open-hole specimen of 2D woven ceramic matrix composites under tensile and compression loading were investigated.The damage and failure mechanisms were analyzed by microscope.It is found that the strength of open-hole specimen of 2D woven ceramic matrix composites depends upon the ratio of the hole radius(w) to the specimen width(d),and that the responses of axial tension loading are non-linear and the responses of compression loading are linear when the stress is low,being non-linear when the stress is a little higher.The damage of open-hole specimen of 2D woven ceramic matrix composites is along the midline of the open hole.Fractography analysis shows that the global tension failures trimly,because of matrix cracks and tension fracture of fiber and the compression specimens failure in a shear plane about a little angle to the compression loading direction because of delamination and longitudinal fiber shear fracture.
