肝癌细胞株HepG2的G1期细胞蛋白质组双向电泳图谱的建立
Development of Two-dimensional Gel Electrophoresis Profiles of Proteome from G1 Phase of HepG2 Cells
【摘要】 采用双向电泳分离肝癌细胞株HepG2的G1期细胞的蛋白质,经考马斯亮蓝染色及图像扫描与分析显示:在pH3—10,13cm的IPG胶条上,可分离到227个重复性及分辨率均较好的蛋白斑点,蛋白斑点的匹配率为84%。建立了HepG2的G1期细胞蛋白质组双向电泳图谱,为其蛋白质组学的进一步研究奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 G1 phase of HepG2 cell proteome was separated by 2-D PAGE.After being stained by Coomassie Brilliant Blue then followed by image scanning and analyzsis,227 protein spots of good repeatability and resolution were detected in the 2-DE profiles on 13 cm IPG strip(pH 3-10)of G1 phase of HepG2 cell.A match rate of 84% of the spots between gels was obtained.The 2-DE profiles of proteome from G1 phase of HepG2 cells is established and lay foundations for the proteome research.
