【Abstract】 Since late 1990s,flow of technological innovation factors between U.S.and Asian enterprises has been substentially intensified.This becomes a major content and driver of U.S.-Asia technological linkage over recent decade and will produce vital influence to the development of U.S.-Asia economic and technological relations.In this paper,the trends,characteristics and implications of flow of technological innovation factors between U.S.and Asian enterprises in recent years are analyzed in detail from dimensions of R&D expenditure,highly skilled human resources,technology and hi-tech product.更多还原
