【摘要】 针对我国硕士研究生报名人数首次出现负增长的情况,分析了现行体制下的研究生培养模式培养的研究生质量不高的主要原因,在此基础上,提出研究生培养应实行导师组负责制,结合学科特点建立各种学习团队,并鼓励研究生积极参加各种学术活动和社会实践活动,进行求职训练,同时还要注重研究生的学术道德和完善人格培养等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of to the situation that there is a negative growth on the number of applying for postgraduates for the first time,we analyze the main reasons for low-quality of post-graduate training in the current system of postgraduate training model,giving some advice on post-graduate training such as instructors group should be responsible for post-graduate training,establishing various learning team combining subject characteristics,and encouraging students to participate actively in various academic activities and social practice activities,and job training.Also we need to focus on the training of post-graduate’s academic morality and perfect personality,and so on.更多还原
