初始释放瓦斯膨胀能测定原理与应用
Principle in Measuring Expanding Energy of Initially Released Methane and Application
【摘要】 初始释放瓦斯膨胀能可以综合反映地应力、瓦斯压力及煤体原始强度等因素对突出过程的影响,是一种可以有效预测石门揭煤突出危险性的新型指标.研究了初始释放瓦斯膨胀能的测定原理,提出了由"单罐系统"改为"双罐系统"的设计构想.利用改进后的测定技术对从河南大平煤矿13051工作面和16071工作面采集的煤样进行了实验研究,得到了其初始释放瓦斯膨胀能与瓦斯压力的变化曲线,并对两工作面进行突出危险性预测.结果表明,大平煤矿两个工作面在生产中均有突出危险性,与实际情况一致.
【Abstract】 Expanding energy of initially released gas can generally reflect the effect of ground stress,gas pressure,and coal mass strength on outburst and is a new index which can predict the outburst risk during coal uncovering in cross-cut.Aiming at this problem,we analyzed the principles in measuring expanding energy of initially released gas and proposed a new thinking of changing single-pot system to double-pot system.Using the modified measurement method,we studied the coal samples collected from working faces No.13051 and No.16071 of Daping coal mine,Henan province.We obtained the relationship between expanding energy in initial releasing gas and gas pressure from this study and predicted the outburst risk of these two faces,indicating that both of the two faces have outburst risk,which is in good accordance with the practical situation.
