基于CAN总线的顶板离层计算机监控系统

【摘要】 国内顶板离层计算机测控系统多采用RS-485总线,传输效率低,可靠性不高.CAN总线控制器局域网是一种有效支持分布式控制或实时控制的串行通讯网络,和RS-485总线相比实时性、稳定性较好.文章运用CAN总线对顶板离层计算机监控系统进行设计.现场测试表明,其各项指标达到了设计要求,能够对顶板离层和可能的冒落进行实时预报.

【Abstract】 Most of the monitoring systems for roof bed separation are designed based on RS-485 BUS,which is low in both signal transmission efficiency and reliability.The Controller Area Network(CAN) is a serial communication protocol which efficiently supports distributed control or real time control with a very high level of security.Compared with the RS-485 BUS,the CAN is good in real-time and stability and so it is used to design the monitoring system.The field experiment shows that all indexes meet the design requirement.Therefore,it can be used in real time forecast for roof bed separation and for possible roof caving.
