流化床式气流粉碎机中喷嘴径向位置对粉碎性能的影响
Effect of Radial Position of Nozzle on Comminution Capability in Fluid Bed Opposed Jet Mill
【摘要】 以流化床式气流粉碎机中气体流场的形成及特点的理论分析为基础,结合试验研究,证明了确实存在一个喷嘴的径向最优位置,使此设备的粉碎性能达到最佳;且系统的背压越大,喷嘴径向位置的变化对粉碎性能的影响越显著,在粉碎过程中,可根据物料特性,选择性地采用调节喷嘴径向位置的方法,优化流化床式气流粉碎机的粉碎性能。本研究为流化床式气流粉碎设备的实际工程应用提供了指导和依据。
【Abstract】 Based on theoretical analysis of the formation and characteristics of the flow field in fluid bed opposed jet mill,combined with experimental research,this paper proves that it exists the optimum radial position of nozzle which gets capability of comminution best,and the higher the backing pressure of system,the greater the effect of radial position changing of nozzle on capability of comminution.During operation,the capability of comminution could be optimized by the option of adjusting the radial position of nozzle in accordance with the characteristics of a special material.The results of this research subject provide the guide and evidence for the application of fluid bed opposed jet mill in practice.
